VersusMind has developed a new eGroupWare plugin called MapsMind.
Thanks to MapsMind :

 it’s easier to enter addresses appointment ;

 it’s possible to generate your road maps by GoogleMaps directly with eGroupWare.

1) Pre-selected addresses appointment

During a new appointment creation, you have to choose between three possibilities :


 The appointment takes place at your office : your address is directly available on the pre-selected list if you have filled it in your eGroupWare user data.


 The appointment takes place at a participant’s office : its address is also directly available on the pre-selected list if you have filled it in your AdressBook.


 The appointment takes place somewhere else : you can give the adress clikink on "Choose an other place".

 2) Get your itinerary easily

When you have selected an address, you only have to click on the icon next to the adress field.

Installation

It’s mandatory to use the 1.6.001 version.

The directory to download includes :

 the installaton process ;

 MapsMind’s files ;

 a file explaining the MapMind’s changes on the other files of the Calendar directory.
